IN-LHC designs and manufactures critical components for control systems of the Ariane 5 ECA space launcher HM-7 cryogenic engine. Our equipment is used on ground for the tank filling and in flight for the tank pressure regulation and engine control.
Solenoid valves are used to activate the cryogenic engine main control valve
- 2 stage, 3 ways
- Nominal flow: 15gms/s under 700 psi
- Response time: 12 ms
- Temperature: -180°C to +50°C
- Fluids: Hydrogen, Oxygen, Helium
Pressure reducers and relief valves are used for monitoring the pressure of the hydrogen and oxygen tanks of cryogenic upper stages.
- Nominal supply pressure: 40 to 4000 psi
- Temperature: -180°C to +50°C
- Pressure control accuracy: 0.3 psi
- Fluids: Hydrogen, Oxygen, Helium
The performance of space activity requires dedicated resources and is performed by dedicated individuals specially trained and constantly qualified. |
